A Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a highly trained healthcare professional with advanced education and clinical training. NPs can diagnose and treat medical conditions, prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and manage patient care. They provide comprehensive healthcare services similar to those of a General Practitioner (GP), focusing on both treatment and prevention.

Due to recent legislative changes coming into effect November 2025, the government will require that telehealth services can only bill Medicare if the patient has had a physical consultation in a clinic within the last 12 months. This policy, initially applied to Doctors/GPs, has been extended to include Nurse Practitioners. While there may be some exceptions, we have developed a subscription model to continue offering accessible care. We will update this page as more details become available.

Our subscription model offers flexible telehealth care options to suit your needs:

• Pay-As-You-Go: $49.95 per consult. Ideal for those who prefer occasional consultations without a subscription commitment.

• Regular Model: $39 per month. Includes one telehealth consultation per month, plus access to general health resources like newsletters and guides.

• Premium Model: $89 per month. Offers unlimited telehealth consultations for one individual, full access to premium resources, and allows family members (partner and children) to book appointments for just $19.95 per session.

These plans are designed to provide affordable and consistent care tailored to your health needs.

Yes, there is no lock-in.

We offer medical certificates for $19.95. Simply book a consultation, and upon assessment, we can provide a certificate if appropriate.
